Although I prefer either Pre-pay, I will on occasion give terms of Net 20 for those with good credit history.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours unless back-ordered and then within 2 weeks. We ship USPS Priority insured unless other arrangements are made.

Our return and credit policy is very simple. You are welcome to return any item that you are unhappy with for a full credit or refund. However, if a whole order is returned, a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to any credit. The items must be returned complete and in their original condition, within 10 days of your receiving them. We do not credit postage for returns. Our products are guaranteed for life! If a bracelet should ever become damaged in any way, the customer can return it for free repair and return shipping.
